The Buyer and Seller connect through IP4HOST. We negotiate and finalize the block size, pricing, and transfer terms. Once both parties agree, IP4HOST sets up and structures the official transaction file directly on Escrow.com to kick off the process securely.
IP4HOST prepares the underlying brokerage agreements while Escrow.com sets up the secure financial framework. During this phase, both parties undergo standard identity verification, and we cross-verify the registry WHOIS records to guarantee clean, authorized legal ownership before any funds move.
The Buyer receives the secure escrow payment instructions and submits the full balance via wire transfer or approved methods. Escrow.com securely locks these "Good Funds" into an unassailable trust account. IP4HOST monitors the deposit and alerts the Seller once the capital is fully secured.
With the funds safely locked in escrow, IP4HOST coordinates the technical transfer. We guide the Seller through submitting the transfer request within their Regional Internet Registry (e.g., ARIN, RIPE, APNIC) and assist the Buyer in opening their receiving org handle, ensuring a flawless registry update.
Once the registry reflects the new ownership, IP4HOST assists the Buyer in verifying routing, WHOIS records, and block integrity. Upon successful inspection, the Buyer accepts the transfer on the platform, prompting Escrow.com to release the secured funds directly to the Seller while closing out the successful IP4HOST brokered transaction.
