Welcome to IP4HOST.COM. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement," "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between IP4HOST LLC ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our") and any person or corporate entity who registers an account, places an order, or accesses our network resources, web hosting, or IP deployment services (the "Client," "User," "You").By completing an order or using our infrastructure, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of our Services.  

IP4HOST LLC provides internet infrastructure services, including but not limited to:

• Shared Web Hosting and Reseller Plans.
• Virtual Private Servers (VPS) and Virtual Dedicated Servers (VDS).
• IPv4 and IPv6 subnet deployment, routing assignments, and allocations.

All technical services are provided based on resource limits specified during checkout. We reserve the right to modify, optimize, or upgrade infrastructure parameters at our sole discretion to maintain overall network stability.  

• Age & Corporate Representation: You must be at least 18 years of age or act as an authorized legal representative of a registered corporation to use our Services.
• Account Validity: You agree to provide accurate, current, and verifiable information during account registration (including an active corporate email and genuine physical address). Providing intentionally falsified or deceptive data will result in immediate termination without a refund.
• Credential Safety: You are exclusively responsible for securing access keys, cPanel/WHM logins, and billing portal credentials. Any action or network traffic emanating from your account is legally attributed to you.

Our network infrastructure operates under a zero-tolerance policy for activities that degrade infrastructure performance or violate international telecommunication standards.

You explicitly agree never to use your assigned IP addresses, hosting space, or virtual servers for:

1. Spamming & Bulk Emailing: Sending unsolicited bulk emails (UBE), hosting open mail relays, or operating scripts that trigger corporate mail server blocks.
2. Malicious Network Operations: Launching Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, automated port-scanning, IP spoofing, or hosting Command and Control (C2) botnet environments.
3. Malware Distribution: Hosting or link-sharing viruses, trojans, ransomware, or phishing pages designed to steal user credentials.
4. Intellectual Property Infringement: Hosting or distributing copyrighted materials without explicit legal authorization (e.g., unauthorized torrent trackers or pirated streaming nodes).
5. System Overloading: Executing scripts that systematically cause resource starvation on shared servers, affecting other clients on the same node.

Suspension Mandate: We reserve the unchallengeable right to block network ports, null-route affected IP addresses, or suspend virtual instances immediately upon receiving a validated abuse report or identifying malicious traffic spikes.

If your service package includes the allocation or lease of IPv4/IPv6 address blocks, you are subject to the following specialized network stewardship rules:

• Clean Delivery Assurance: We guarantee that all IP blocks assigned to you are clean and unlisted on major network blacklists (such as Spamhaus, SORBS, or Barracuda) at the exact moment of initial provision.
• The Blacklist Penalty: If an IP block or individual address assigned to your infrastructure becomes blacklisted due to your routing activities, application deployments, or email practices, you are in material breach of this Agreement.
• Remediation Costs: You will remain fully liable for all leasing fees while the IP addresses are blocked, and you agree to cover any administrative cleanup fees required to delist the affected subnets.

• Payment Terms: All services are billed on a pre-paid cyclical basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually). Services must be paid in full before resource activation occurs.
• Grace Period & Suspension: If an invoice remains unpaid after its due date, the system will automatically suspend the corresponding web hosting account or VDS instance. We are not liable for data loss or operational interruptions resulting from automated payment-delinquency suspensions.
• Refund Policy: Due to the instant allocation nature of infrastructure resources, IP leasing and virtual server allocations are non-refundable once provisioned. Shared web hosting packages may carry individual satisfaction guarantees only if explicitly stated on the order form.

• Data Responsibility: While we implement local hardware protections, the Client maintains exclusive responsibility for generating and keeping independent remote backups of all websites, database configurations, and application data. We are not liable for data loss under any circumstances.
• As-Is Provision: All infrastructure is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. IP4HOST LLC makes no express warranties regarding unbroken availability, uninterrupted uptime, or specific SEO/business outcomes.
• Liability Ceiling: In no event shall IP4HOST LLC's total aggregate liability to a Client for any claim, damage, or structural failure exceed the total dollar amount paid by that specific Client to the Company during the one (1) month immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IP4HOST LLC, its directors, officers, employees, and upstream data center network partners from any liabilities, financial losses, legal damages, or third-party claims (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your network usage, violation of these Terms, or any content deployed through your hosted server environment.  

This Agreement, its interpretation, and any technical or financial disputes arising out of your utilization of our infrastructure shall be governed strictly by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.Both parties formally agree that any legal action, lawsuit, or court proceeding necessary to resolve matters under this contract must be filed exclusively within the competent state or federal courts venued in the State of Wyoming, USA.  

IP4HOST LLC reserves the right to revise or update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changing registry requirements, shifting network regulations, or updated billing methods. All revisions will be posted to this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued utilization of our web hosting or IP infrastructure following an update constitutes binding legal acceptance of the new framework.
